In many ways, I don&#8217;t feel it is, however, I do have a need to share my experiences of being in Ukraine during the war. I&#8217;ve certainly avoided the harrowing events that many faced, yet after years of living here, and studying the country, I hope that I can share some longer form writing for people to enjoy. If anything, it can at least allow me to write more frequently, and give me a bit of internal peace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, I am a PhD student, I should use some of my education to share some insight, and practice writing for a wider audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"whyamiwriting\">I intend to write primarily about my views about Ukraine, my experiences here both before and since the 24th of February, and occasional thoughts on wider political issues, primarily from a theoretical lens. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I understand that, to an extent, perspective is somewhat novel.
